It is necessary to clarify the boundaries of rights and responsibilities of different entities, establish basic protection standards, improve methods for handling labor disputes, and comprehensively standardize employment models. At the same time, we will strengthen supervision, severely crack down on behaviors that circumvent the law in the form of de-labor relations.
