Rental tension has only increased in recent months according to the latest study published by the ORPI real estate network. 42.5% of those questioned say they have been looking for accommodation to rent for more than a year.
67% of respondents want to spend 500 to 800 euros per month on their rent. Nearly 7 out of 10 tenants have a budget of less than 800 euros. It is medium-sized accommodation that is most sought after, 36.9% of candidates are looking for a two-room apartment.
