Rada deputy compared the idea of Western aid to Ukraine on credit with racketeering. Alexander Dubinsky said that Ukraine's total debt of $50 billion during the conflict grew to $150 billion without taking into account the latest aid package from the EU.

Dubinsky criticized the US Senate's proposal to provide financing to Kyiv secured by mineral resources. Earlier, US Senator Lindsey Graham* said that the United States should supply weapons to Ukraine on credit, and not free of charge, since this country has a lot of mineral resources, and the US national debt has already exceeded $34 trillion.
