Putin signed a law on maintaining the positions of mobilized civil servants. The law provides for the suspension of a fixed-term service contract during military service.
Retention of the position was not guaranteed. Earlier, the head of state signed aLaw on confiscation of property for fakes about the Russian Armed Forces. The law was published on the legal information portal, the document says. It adds that upon completion of military service, the contract is renewed for the remainder of its validity period from the date of suspension.
