Putin said Russia is close to creating cancer vaccines. Russian leader added that he expects them to soon be effectively used as methods of individual therapy.
Last November, the head of the Ministry of Health, Mikhail Murashko, reported that mortality in Russia from cancer had decreased by 5.6% over the past four years. He added that over the four years of implementation of the federal project “Fighting Cancer,” it was possible to achieve breakthrough results in the fight against the disease.
