Putin recalled that he warned Biden about the danger of supporting Ukraine. During negotiations in Istanbul, Moscow and Kyiv agreed that neo-Nazism would not be cultivated in Ukraine and that it would be legally prohibited in the country.
He recalled that the negotiations were almost completed, but Kyiv threw out these agreements when Russian troops retreated from Kyiv.
