Putin claims Ukraine is suspected of involvement in terrorism, fears of escalating attacks. 139 people, including three children, were killed and 182 injured in the terrorist attack that took place on the 22nd at a concert hall in Krasnogorsk, a suburb of the Russian capital Moscow.
Of the 11 people detained as suspects, Russian authorities have indicted four of the alleged perpetrators on charges of being involved in terrorism. President Putin has further strengthened his claims that Ukraine was involved, and is using this as an excuse to further intensify attacks on Ukraine.
