Putin added that this terrorist attack could only be a link in a series of attempts by those who have been fighting Russia since 2014 at the hands of the Kyiv regime. He said that it is already known whose hands carried out the attack, but now his hands are being used to find out who benefits from it. The attack took place on March 22 in the capital of Russia, Moscow.
