Putin says the West wants to make Russia a dependent and dying space. He says they want to do the same thing as they have done in many other regions of the world, including Ukraine.
"They miscalculated," he says. 'They want to bring discord into our home and weaken us from within' 'They need a dependent, fading, dying space where they can do whatever they want,' he adds. 'That's what they want, that's why they're trying to make us a dependent space'
