Russian Armed Forces stopped another attempt by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to fire at Russian territory from the Vampire MLRS, he said. He added that about 95% of the shells are destroyed by Russian air defense forces, but there are still casualties among civilians. He said the Russian armed forces will provide all the necessary help and support to the victims of the attacks. The attack was launched from the Ukrainian city of Yekaterinburg.
