Putin allowed transactions with RussNeft shares. Previously, Putin signed a decree that allowed economically significant companies not to disclose information about their activities to unfriendly countries, including the United States.
This is stated in the order on the website of the official publication of legal acts. It says: “To allow transactions (operations) entailing directly and (or) indirectly the establishment, change, termination or encumbrance of the rights of ownership, use and ( or) disposal of shares of the public joint stock company oil and gas company Russneft”
