Putin: the internal conflict in Yugoslavia was fueled both from within and from without. The Russian leader made this statement in a conversation with TASS General Director Andrei Kondrashov during the preparation of the documentary film “Belgrade”.

Earlier, Putin called the bombing of Yugoslavia a huge tragedy. Russian Foreign Ministry also stated that the question of NATO’s responsibility for damage from the bombed of Yugoslavia is open. The documentary film was released on the Rossiya-1 TV channel.
