Putin: new measures to support families may be formulated before the address to parliament. He said this during a conversation with Uralvagonzavod workers.
Earlier, Putin said that work on a plan of socio-economic actions for the next six years is entering its final stage. The main task in Russia remains to increase the incomes and quality of life of citizens, he noted. He added that he does not want to announce such measures in advance, since they need to be worked out so that everything is serious and feasible.
