Earlier, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz called on the leaders of European countries to sign agreements on security guarantees with Ukraine. He said that the agreements were "vague, without any specifics, quite mocking formulations... In legal terms, this is nothing," TASS quotes him as saying. The agreements are expected to be signed in the next few days.
