Protests took place in Paris against the supply of weapons and the sending of military personnel to Ukraine. Participants chanted slogans “The French will not die for Ukraine’, “Macron resign’ and others.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Russia does not see the goodwill of Western countries for a peaceful resolution of the Ukrainian conflict. The demonstrators also condemned the statement of French President Emmanuel Macron who allowed the military to be sent to Ukraine and announced the creation of a coalition to supply long-range weapons to Kyiv.
