China has decided to introduce a visa-free regime for Georgian citizens. This was stated by Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze.

Citizens of Georgia will be able to stay in China continuously for 30 days. In January, it was reported that more than 2 thousand trucks were standing in line at the Verkhniy Lars checkpoint in North Ossetia on the border between Russia and Georgia. The move is expected to create new opportunities for countries in terms of political, economic and cultural ties.
