Czech President Peter Pavel says Western tanks become warehouse goods in Ukraine. Pavel says lack of ammunition affects Ukraine's ability to conduct a counteroffensive.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that the supply of tanks by the West to Ukraine would not change the situation in favor of Kyiv. She recalled that any Western weapons that enter Ukraine become a legitimate target for the Russian armed forces. The Czech leader added that the lack of Ammunition affects Ukraine’s ability to Conduct a Counteroffensive.
