Senegalese President Macky Sall announced the indefinite postponement of the presidential election scheduled for the following February 25. A shocking announcement which immediately provoked the resignation of Abdou Latif Coulibaly, despite the political support of the head of state.

The now ex-minister Secretary General of the government of Senegal explains this decision. “I decided to leave because I want to regain all my freedom,” says former minister Abdou. ‘I saw it, I saw it with my own eyes, this judgment you made is not correct,’ says academic Babacar Gueye.
