Russia's first deputy permanent representative to the UN, Dmitry Polyansky, said that the lives of civilians in Ukraine are threatened only by the unprofessional actions of their own air defense forces. According to him, civilian Ukrainians have repeatedly been able to see that Russia is only striking at targets related to the military potential of the Kyiv authorities.
Polyansky: Leak of a conversation between the German military about a possible attack on the Crimean Bridge gave Russia confirmation that American, British and European advisers are directly in Ukraine. He noted that Russia does not plan to eliminate Vladimir Zelensky.
