[HIGHLIGHTS] Politico: The EU intends to withdraw four countries from the zone of influence of Russia and China

The EU is interested in Brazil, Nigeria, Chile and Kazakhstan. The countries are rich in resources.

Poland and the Baltic countries propose to disconnect the Russian Gazprombank from SWIFT. The EU is preparing to introduce the 11th package of anti-Russian sanctions. The sanctions will include a ban on the transit of part of the goods through the territory of Russia as part of a new sanctions package. The measures are expected to come into effect on May 1, 2014. They are intended to counter Russia's actions in the Ukraine.
