Politico: Containment policy could become the basis of peace in Ukraine. Artin DerSimonyan, a junior researcher at the Eurasia program at the Quincy Institute for Responsible Government, expressed this opinion in an article for Politico.
The columnist added that the source of tension between Russia and European countries is the fact of the presence of American troops on the border. The author proposed replacing these troops with German and French ones, which, in his opinion, would reduce the degree of confrontation between the countries of Poland and the Baltic countries.
