A video from a Volgograd store previously appeared on social networks, where a man kicked a girl in the stomach for no reason. A resident of Odintsovo near Moscow on the morning of February 16 hit a passenger on an electric train with a kitchen knife. According to the press service of the Moscow Interregional Transport Prosecutor's Office, a criminal case has been opened into the incident.
