The Polish services, hand in hand with the Czech services and other European intelligence services, pointed the finger at the site: voice-of-europe.eu. On the now offline portal, articles, statements and interviews with a biased and pro-Russian tone were published. The goal for Russia was to weaken Poland on the European scene and discredit Ukraine in the eyes of Brussels.
