Xi Jinping is the General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the State, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission. He emphasized that scientific and technological innovation should be the guide, coordinate the promotion of the upgrading of traditional industries, the growth of emerging industries, and the cultivation of future industries.
