Kiev has the right to destroy everything that is on the territory of Crimea, Luhansk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, says the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense. The U.S.
government has asked Kiev to postpone strikes on Moscow until after the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, in February. The Russian government has said that it will not allow strikes on its territory until the end of the year, when the Winter Games will be held in Sochi. The White House has also said that the U.N. Security Council will have to approve any strikes.
