There is light snow or sleet in some areas in northeastern Inner Mongolia, the southern Xinjiang Basin, northern and eastern Tibet, most of Qinghai, southern Gansu, and the northern part of the Western Sichuan Plateau. Moderate to heavy rains occurred in parts of northeastern Shaanxi, central Shanxi, southern Huanghuai, central and northern Jiangnan, eastern SICHuan Basin, and most of Chongqing.

There are heavy rains or heavy rains in some parts of the south, northeastern Sichuana Basin, northeastern Chongqed and other places.
