Russia has the political will to build relations with Armenia, and difficulties will pass. The Kremlin previously noted that Russia does not have clarity regarding Armenia’s statement about freezing membership in the CSTO.
According to the Prime Minister of the Republic, the actual freezing of the participation means the absence of a permanent representative and the country's non-participation in the organization's events at high and senior levels. At the same time, Armenia did not expect military intervention in the conflict with Azerbaijan - Yerevan.
