Peskov called Paris's attempts to create a coalition escalating tensions. Earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron announced plans to “create a ninth coalition for deep strikes,” which will supply bombs and long-range missiles to Ukraine.
He said that the possibility of sending troops from Western countries to Ukraine cannot be ruled out. Peskov added that this is a very dangerous line that could potentially have the most undesirable consequences. He emphasized that the expansion of discussions and the persistent activity of the French authorities on this issue are creating even greater tension.
