Peskov: Yerevan’s guarantees will be needed before Putin's visit to Armenia. He emphasized that this issue must be resolved within the framework of a bilateral dialogue.
Armenia officially became a member of the International Criminal Court on February 1. In March, the ICC issued an “arrest” warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin. In the summer, ICC judge Tomoko Akane, who issued the warrant, was put on the wanted list by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
