Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov says the West does not take into account Moscow's concerns. Russia needs to bring the special operation to an end, there is no other way, he says.
Peskov: Russia has been talking about these concerns for several decades, but the West did not want to take this into account. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the Russian Armed Forces have the means to respond to the possible supply of Western aircraft to the Ukrainian army.
