The head of the Investigative Committee previously held a meeting at the site of the attack. The meeting was held to discuss strengthening cooperation in the fight against terrorism, the head of Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, said. He added that the meeting was also to discuss how to deal with the aftermath of the incident.
