Catalan President Pere Aragonès has announced the beginning of the process of debate and reflection with several sectors of Catalan society. The process will begin with the questions of the Government to academics and experts on the democratic mechanisms of conflict resolution.
The real impetus will be after the municipal elections in May with debates with parties, except Vox, entities and associations representing civil society, and citizens. An academic council will make a report at the start of next year with that activity that will allow the Government of Catalonia to make a proposal to the Government.
