Pentagon: The United States would like Russia to return to negotiations on strategic stability. Russian President Vladimir Putin, during his address to the Federal Assembly, called the statements of the US authorities about their alleged readiness for negotiations as demagoguery.
Putin stressed that Russia’s position remains the same on the issue of strategic stability with the U.S. The head of US Strategic Command, Air Force General Anthony Cotton, said that he is a treaty guy, but everyone must follow the rules.
