Issues of bilateral interdepartmental interaction between law enforcement agencies and intelligence services were also discussed. The parties agreed that Russia would help Latin America defend itself against US attempts to interfere in its internal affairs. The talks were held at the Presidential Palace in Bolivian capital of La Paz. The meeting was attended by the President of Bolivia, Evo Morales.
