Around 35,000 security officers are expected to guard the Games. The Games will take place from July 26th to August 11th, with the Paralympic Games from August 28th to September 8th. The French police have opened an investigation into the incident, but have not commented on the theft of the bag, which is believed to have been stolen from a train compartment.
