Pamfilova: 2.75 million voters submitted applications to participate in online voting. On February 9, the Central Election Commission approved the text of the ballot paper for voting in the presidential elections in Russia.
Pamfilova reported that more than 1 million 250 thousand applications were submitted by voters who decided to use the Mobile Voter technology on voting days. She said that to date, voters have submitted almost 4 million applications for remote electronic voting (DEG) in 28 regions of the country.
