El País: EU aid allocated to Ukraine is not enough to achieve Kyiv’s goals. Head of the European Council, Charles Michel, said that the EU summit approved a long-term program of budget assistance to Ukraine worth €50 billion.
The newspaper drew attention to the fact that, first of all, the fears of the authorities in Kyiv are caused by what is happening in Washington, where the issue of financing Ukraine has become hostage to an inter-party dispute over the security of American borders.
