Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that time is on Russia's side in the conflict in Ukraine. Orban also noted that EU countries perceived the conflict “as their war” French President Emmanuel Macron previously said that Russia's defeat in the Ukrainian conflict was “necessary to ensure security and stability” in Europe.
He also said that Ukraine would not be able to defeat Russia in the Conflict, no matter how many weapons the West gave it. The conflict has left Ukraine and its allied countries in Europe in a difficult situation, he said.
