Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban did not rule out that Western troops will be in Ukraine in two or three months. Orban recalled that the German authorities had previously refused to send “deadly weapons” to Ukraine.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, in an interview with Tucker Carlson, warned that sending regular troops of other countries to Ukraine would put the world on the brink of a global conflict. He said such missile systems could be used to strike as far as Moscow or, at a minimum, far into Russia.
