Christophe Lutundula Apala, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), gave an interview to France 24. “There are internal collusions regarding this movement that Rwanda is setting up,” worries the head of Congolese diplomacy.

Paris and Washington "have not only denounced, but put in place sanctions", he says. A meeting with his Rwandan counterpart, Vincent Burita, "must take place", he adds. But the withdrawal of Rwandan troops from Congo's territory remains "an essential condition"
