Northern Ireland self-governing government established for first time in two years. Measures were taken to ensure freedom of distribution between the two countries.

Since the UK left the EU in 2020, customs clearance procedures are required for goods to and from the EU. In the newly inaugurated self-government, the DUP will have a deputy prime minister, but since the prime minister will be the Sinn Féin party, for the first time, the management of the self- government will be difficult.
