Greek authorities are going to sell 108 old fighters that are subject to disposal. 32 F-16C/-D Block 30 aircraft are likely to be sent to Ukraine.
The sale of fighters is needed to cover the costs of reforming the Greek Air Force under the Agenda 2030 plan. Earlier, the Dutch authorities announced that they would deliver F- 16s to Kyiv in the second half of 2024. The aircraft “suffered” due to lack of maintenance and support, the author of the material said.
