The 28-year-old was sentenced to five years and three months in prison. In response to Russian restrictions on German diplomats, the German government decided today that four of the five Russian consulates in Germany will have to close by the end of November. With the restriction on the number of personnel, consular assistance is no longer possible in Germany.
