New York State Supreme Court Judge Ngorong ruled that Trump exaggerated his net worth to obtain more favorable loan terms and fined him US$355 million, plus a judgment of approximately US$100 million interest before. "Financial fraud is not a victimless crime. This was not just a simple mistake, a slight oversight, the (asset) difference was grossly exaggerated," Lexia James said.
