Nebenzya: UN Security Council failed to demand an end to violence in Gaza due to the US position. Nebenzya also stressed that suspicions against the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) should not be a reason for collective punishment of millions of Palestinians.
He said that the US delegation blocks all initiatives to “stop the bloodshed” in the occupied territories, which gives the Israeli side carte blanche to continue "collective punishment of Palestinians"
