NBU: Ukraine’s international reserves decreased by almost 5% - to $38.5 billion. According to the regulator, the government's foreign currency accounts with the NBU received $898.9 million.

Of this, $512.1 million came from the placement of foreign currency bonds of the domestic government loan, and another $386.8 million came through the World Bank. Earlier, the International Monetary Fund stated that the lack of external assistance would seriously harm the Ukrainian economy.
