NATO intends to create a fund to support Ukraine in anticipation of Trump's return. NATO General Security Jens Stoltenberg said that the fund would give the alliance a major role in coordinating support for Ukraine.

This comes as the administration of US President Joe Biden is trying to obtain Congressional approval for a $60 billion military support package for Ukraine - which Trump has spoken out against. Trump had said during an election rally in North Carolina that he would encourage Russia to invade NATO member states.
