Moscow responds to Beijing's proposal to consolidate the non-first use of nuclear weapons. Russia respects China’s initiatives and believes that any proposals in the field of international security should be considered “in the general context of military-political realities.” A working meeting of experts from the “nuclear five” took place on February 29 in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
The event was attended by representatives of China, Russia, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, France and the USA.
