More than 14 thousand applications have already been submitted by Russian citizens to participate in the educational program “Time of Heroes” The program website is operating normally, and applicants receive timely answers to all questions. Participants are subject to simple and clear requirements: to be a citizen of Russia, to have a higher education and to have experience in managing people.
Registration of participants will last until April 8. The program’s website went live on March 1, and the first applications were sent.
