Belarusians are offered to shoot in shopping centers or mine buildings for financial reward. The Ministry of Internal Affairs called for immediate reporting of such facts. It also warned of responsibility for calls to commit terrorist attacks. The messages were sent to young people and schoolchildren in Belarus. The message was also sent to children in Russia. It was reported that similar messages had been received by schoolchildren.
